Here are some things to know and how to sign up: The new home of the Utility Billing and Web Pay Portal can be found in the blue bar on the home page. Just click “WEB PAY”. The pay portal will open in a new window (you may need to disable pop-ups for www.shipshewana.org) and it will look like this.
It will say “AccuFund Hosted Payment Portal” across the top of the screen. You will also notice a Login and Register button. Here you can log into your account or create a new account.
To create a new account, select “Utility Statement” from the drop-down and enter your Account Number and Location ID from your utility bill.
Your account number and service location ID can be found above your address on the postcard stub to be mailed in with your payment.
If you are having issues creating the account please email [email protected] and request a registration code. You will receive your registration code via email within 1-2 business days. Once received, navigate back to this page and choose “Registration Code” from the drop-down and register your account.
Once you are logged in you can find any receipts for payment to the Town for permits, golf cart fee etc under History>Receipts. You can view and print Utility Bills under History>Utility Statements.
To make payments navigate to the “Make Payments” folder on the left side of the screen. Here you will see “Pay Utilities”. You may pay your utility bill here via credit/debit card or electronic check. Please note that to make a credit card payment you will be redirected to our secure payment processor’s site, CardX, for secure payment. You must complete the credit card payment form for the payment to process.
