COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Tad T. Hite, Zachary J. Stoltzfus.
STAFF PRESENT: Robert W. Shanahan, Kurt R. Bachman, Ruth Ann Downey.
The meeting was called to order and it was noted that Council Members Tad T. Hite and Zachary J. Stoltzfus were absent, all other Council Members were present. The purpose of this Executive Session is to discuss pending legal litigation per I.C.5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2) B.
No other subject matter was discussed in the Executive Session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice. (See attached).
The meeting was adjourned.
