The Town is in the final steps of transitioning to our new utility billing software. Here are some things to know:
- For the next few months we will not be offering online payments or auto-pay payments. You will be notified once that option is available again.
- You may continue to pay any current invoices in your online InvoiceCloud account, but we will not be continuing to use that service going forward.
- Your utility bill will now come via postcard. All bills we be sent out via USPS mail until the online customer portal is ready.
- The current utility bill will be mailed February 15th.

We are sorry to inform you that we are postponing the transition to our new billing software until the March 2023 billing. We understand that this is an inconvenience and apologize for any disruption it may have caused.
We take pride in providing our customers with the best services and always strive to make sure that they are comfortable with our services. That is why we are taking the additional time to ensure that the setup is correct and that we can better serve you.
