On September 3, 2020, the Town Council of the Town of Shipshewana, Indiana, met at 2:30 p.m. in the East Annex Meeting Room of the Board of Commissioners Chambers of the Lagrange County Office Building, 114 West East Michigan Street, Lagrange, Indiana, pursuant to IC$ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) to discuss strategy with respect to the initiation of litigation or litigation that has been threatened specifically in writing.
The undersigned, being all (unless marked as absent) of the member of the Town Council of the Town of Shipshewana, Indiana, were present at the meeting. We certify that no subject matter other than as indicated above was discussed in the Executive Session.
