Town of Shipshewana residents may bring unwanted household items to the Shipshewana Compost site by the Waste Water Treatment plant.

We WILL NOT accept any appliances with Freon, wet paint, chemicals, tires or oil. Please visit the Northeast Solid Waste Management District website at www.niswmd.org for disposal of tires, appliances, paint, etc. at the Lagrange County Convenience Center.
