SCADA Quote Review

Gentlemen,

We have received the three quotes for SCADA at all “20” lift stations. This includes the EQ tank at the waste water plant. With any vendor/service provider that Kevin and Gage choose, we will need to have some assurance that they will stick to the planned schedule once it is set. After discussing a rollout plan with Kevin, he feels comfortable that doing 1 every other week until complete is do-able. This will give the Town two weeks between installs and allow for the proper configuration and testing of each lift station as the SCADA system is installed. While being installed the SOP’s for SCADA monitoring and trouble shooting will be written.
