At our Last Performance Management Meeting, Bob, Tom and Ruth Ann(Now Tad) were going to get together and come up with the three additional questions to add to the standard performance review in BambooHR. With the assessment period being July 1st to July 31st, we need to get these questions entered into the workflow process. The Employees & Managers will receive their review questions on July 1st, 2022. The Managers will start getting reminders about employee feedback on August 1st. Once the Performance reviews are completed (August 1st through November 30th), this information will be used as a basis for Wage and Salary adjustments for 2023. As was discussed in December of last year at a Council Meeting, since we have the tools in place for accurate Performance Reviews, we were going to steer away from everybody gets the same increase regardless of performance. Currently the following employee types are included in reviews: Elected Officials, Full Time, Full Time Police Officer no part-time employees are included in Performance Reviews.

Tad was attending these meetings as Council President in the Past. If there is a better time, to do this, please let me know.
