As was discussed at a couple Council meetings lately and specifically this last Council Meeting, Yearly Performance Reviews and continuous improvement will start to be a larger part of yearly Pay increases. These should be objective ratings rather than subjective opinions.
In order to do this in a structured and fair way for each and every employee, we can use BambooHR (Performance Management) for this. I have schedule this meeting to give everyone an overview of how it works and what is included in performance management. It is very configurable. With this said, Goals are a very big part of Performance Management.
As Manager’s/Supervisor’s if we cannot articulate a goals for an employee with requirements and deadlines, how can we hold an employee accountable to that goal?
