Door Lock Hubs – Wastewater and Water

Gentlemen,

On September 1st, 2022 we are planning to change the keypads on the Water Building and Wastewater Building to Ubiquiti. There are a few questions that will need to be answered during the setup.

1. Who will be a Guard on the Doors (If someone rings to bell, who will be notified?)
2. Who needs access to unlock the doors? Will this be the same as the current system?
3. Do we want schedules on the doors so they are unlocked at certain times?
4. When a door is unlocked, how long should it remain unlocked? 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 Minutes, 5 Minutes
5. What types of entry will be allowed?
