Document Destruction – Retention Kickoff Meeting

To All:

This meeting is to Kickoff the start of the Document Destruction and Retention Project. We will discuss what we have in the basement, how it will need organized and categorized for destruction, what needs micro filmed for preservation, what forms will need to be filled out for the County, and what timeframe everyone is comfortable to use as a completion date.

When completed with shredding and microfilming there should not be any boxes left in the basement and future boxes will never need to be stored in the basement.

This will free up a tremendous amount of space, which I believe Tom already has his eyes on for the police department.
