I have the time listed as 3:00-4:00PM but our meetings generally last about 1 hour to 90 minutes depending on how many questions you may have. You’ll have as much time as you need to look at things and ask any questions you need.

Good Afternoon Sheamus,

Attached is your proposal for the Diversified Billing System. Included are three options; Perpetual License, Subscription Cloud, and Managed Services. Keep an eye out for another Red Folder as I’ve mailed you out a physical copy as well!

The Perpetual License is where we install the software on a computer or server in your office and you maintain all of the backups and security for it. We will of course provide our training and support Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm to help you with every aspect of your billing system.

The Subscription Cloud is where we host your data, maintain your backups, and handle security for those. We’ll set everything up for you to access from any internet-connected computer. The Subscription Cloud also includes our training and support Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

The last option is the Managed Service option. This is where our team of Utility Billing Experts can manage as much or as little of your operation as you want. You’d remain in control of every aspect but not need to deal with the hassle of maintaining a billing office. We’ll need more information to flesh this out if it is something you are interested in but I wanted to make sure you were aware of that service.

Also included is our Print and Mail services if that is something you’d like to take advantage of. The price listed is for a full-page bill but if you want a postcard bill we can talk further about that.

We’ll discuss more in-depth the differences between the 3 of those during our Demonstration as well as the many other features of the Diversified Billing System. When would be a good time to try and schedule that demo? We will use GoToMeeting so if you provide me names and emails I can make sure to include everyone you need in the invitation.
