We currently use Neptune for meter reads. We are having to do a hardware upgrade due to the age of our data collectors. Do you have other companies you work with you could provide info on? We have no issues with Neptune but thought it may be prudent to check into capabilities and pricing of other vendors since we are doing a major upgrade to AccuFund and having to replace all the hardware/software for Neptune.
